The Garage Door Centre team have completed yet another fantastic project, this time comprising of the installation of four beautiful cedarwood up & over garage doors for this large, external garage building.
This simply stunning job shows off the beauty of timber against its natural backdrop, with surrounding trees and greenery. The doors were finished in Burnt Oak to suit the dark timber cladding, working well in contrast against the roof tiles whilst encompassed by nature.
Our client had one existing timber door (photographed, the far right door), and ordered three more from us with the exact same specification. We then went on to fit all four at the same time, with stunning results!
The doors featured are from Woodrite's Buckingham range, all in the Chalfont design. This means they have been manufactured with Western Red Cedarwood timber, and have been flawlessly finished in Burnt Oak, providing a long-lasting and weatherproofing coating. The installation also featured 70mm x 70mm hardwood frames that were also factory finished, perfectly matching the door panels.
Each door was expertly fitted along with a Hormann Supramatic E motor, providing Bluetooth operation should this be required, along with internal manual release and two handsets as standard. The up & over mechanism means the doors rise vertically upwards and into the garage at the push of a button; these doors were fitted with the retractable gear type.
