Objective:
Our client, based in Bedfordshire, was in need of a reliable and aesthetically pleasing garage door solution. They sought a durable roller door that would seamlessly blend with the exterior of their property while providing enhanced security and convenience
The Process:
Our experienced team conducted an in-depth consultation with the client to fully understand their specific requirements regarding security, appearance and functionality. Shortly afterwards our qualified surveyor conducted a site survey to obtain accurate measurements of the garage opening and surroundings, noting any potential obstructions and issues, and discussing specific client requests.
After careful consideration and advice from our team, our client selected the SWS Seceuroglide Original roller door in an elegant Chocolate Brown colour (RAL 8017) promising a warm and inviting aesthetic. They were impressed with the safety optical edge (supplied as standard) which automatically stops when an object is detected, providing peace of mind for the safety of small children and pets, and the reputation of the reliable motor, proven to guarantee smooth and efficient operation.
The results:
The roller door was subsequently ordered and duly installed at the property in June 2022, within the 8-10 week lead time originally given.
The installation process included fixing 75mm guides, full boxes and endplates in the same colour as the door to ensure an attractive and secure fit. An integrated low level external override was fitted enabling manual operation of the door during power outages or emergencies, providing an additional layer of convenience and safety. A receiver box with a wall-mounted LED lit pushbutton was included which illuminates when the door is in use, offering a visual indication of operation and further enhancing safety.
